Our family had a wonderful time enjoying the pool area after exploring the Daytona Lagoon Waterpark. The staff truly made the experience feel like home, as they were always available and attentive. We appreciated the comfortable, clean room that accommodated us well.

However, the overall condition of the facilities was concerning. the carpet was dirty and the hallways needed more attention. The breakfast was adequate but not remarkable, lacking variety compared to other places I've visited.

Not what we expected

Checked in and it smelled like smoke outside. The room was a total letdown, looked abandoned with dirt everywhere. Online pics are misleading! We found roaches, exposed wires, and holes in the wall. The beds weren't even what we booked. Ended up asking for a refund and left at 9:30 PM. Dine at nearby spots instead!

Location near the beach is a big plus. The room had a bad moldy smell and needed better cleaning. Staff members were friendly and helpful during check-in.
